Years ago I worked for a family business. It was a printing
company, but we started to expand into the fulfillment business when our
customers needed help with the “aftermath” of the printing project. By
“aftermath” I mean, when we would send all the printed materials back to their
tiny, downtown Philadelphia offices. The materials would then “sit” until
someone got around to handling them: put in storage, ship to another location,
assemble them with other materials, etc. It turns out, they needed our help.
